Gina Ross founded Adriel Care Management on a simple but urgent premise: families navigating complex health situations and crises deserve more than a list of phone numbers and a hope that things work out. They are well served by an advocate who knows the terrain, speaks the language, and walks alongside them until they resolve pressing issues, gain lasting clarity, and find their footing.

Her law degree trained her to advocate: to read a situation clearly, ask the right questions, and pursue the best outcome for the person she represents. That instinct is exactly what she brings to healthcare navigation today.

Outside of her work, Gina is an active violinist with the Nashville Philharmonic and finds balance in the quiet rhythms of her garden.
