GINA ROSS

Owner / Operator, Adriel Care Management
Gina Ross founded Adriel Care Management on a simple but urgent premise: that families navigating serious illness, complex care needs, or an overwhelming system deserve more than a list of phone numbers and a hope that things work out. They deserve someone who knows the terrain, speaks the language, and serves as an advocate who walks alongside them. Someone who remains engaged while the family finds their footing, gains the clarity to make informed decisions, and moves at an optimal pace that fits their circumstances.
With a background that spans healthcare navigation, crisis intervention, legal-medical advocacy, guardianship, and protective proceedings, Gina brings an unusually broad skill set to the individuals and families who need it most, including those navigating neurological conditions, serious mental illness, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s, and complex situations where they are searching for more than the usual answers.
Navigation at this level is rarely a straight line. It involves shifting priorities, unexpected developments, and systems that are not always connected. Gina moves between the medical, legal, and family dimensions of a situation with fluency and composure, reading what each moment requires, adjusting as things evolve, and keeping everyone aligned around what matters most. A meaningful part of that work is helping individuals and families see their own priorities clearly when circumstances arrive suddenly and decisions cannot wait. In those moments Adriel brings steadiness and informed perspective to situations that can otherwise feel impossible to manage.
The goal is always the same: a coordinated response that leads to optimal outcomes.
What drives Gina’s work is not just expertise. It is a genuine belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, heard in their own voice, and supported with compassion at every step of the journey.
If you are facing a situation that feels bigger than you can manage alone, Adriel is here. Gina works personally with every client, building trusted relationships with the providers she partners with and bringing the same level of attention, advocacy, and compassionate guidance to every individual and family she serves, wherever they are in the journey.
Outside of her work with clients, Gina is an active violinist with the Nashville Philharmonic and finds balance in the quieter rhythm of her garden.
